Anthony Joseph Williams is a mining industry mogul. He was educated as a mining geologist from the Royal School of Mines in London in 1972. In 1985 he helped establish the Natural Resources Group at the investment bank Yorkton Securities, overseeing the operation for 9 years. In 1995 he founded the Dragon Group an umbrella company for mining finance and mining project management activities. He is a former chairman of European Minerals, and is currently a director of European Diamonds Plc and Endeavour Mining Capital Corporation.
